One of the reasons i put locks on my luggage is to keep the baggage handlers the hell out of my bags. I was very annoyed when the tsa demanded the use of locks that THEY would have access to with a master key ( of which they never use but just cut the damn locks off )

It would seem the tsa needs security for the security.

I knew people that worked in baggage at the airport. They used to refer to going to work as going "shopping."
