I have little doubt as to there being some real outrage. The question is: What have these people perceived to trigger this outrage?

It's possible the outrage is solely over things not fitting into their PC indoctrinated brains and they are short-circuiting.

^As far-fetched as that may seem, it's a real thing. I've seen it happen quite a few times, mostly with those "Man on the street" type interviewees. You can literally see the gears start skipping in their brains.

Presidents don't tell legislators how to write law but I'm sure the leakers will tell us everything but the truth about the meetings the two branches are having. The hold-ups in healthcare and tax-reform are the same old story about various members getting their earmarks pork for their district. Trump can't stop that...only a strong Speaker and Majority Leader can rein in that practice, same as it's always been. Trump's advantage is that he can primary any member who doesn't play ball. He's watching, notes are being taken, records on votes are being kept.
