He does not understand that there are two separate things being investigated by Mueller: (a) Did The Russians fuck with out election, and (b) Did the Trump Campaign conspire with The Russians?

What he doesn't understand is that an affirmative response to (a) DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH (b). And he can concede (a) while maintaining that there was no "collusion" (not a crime, in any event).

This explains his repeated statements denying or questioning Russian interference, which in fact is UNDENIABLE.

Actually the media thinks we're stupid enough to confuse the two....which is why they staged this indignant display of organized outrage.
Trump knows the difference, and obviously you don't understand that.

As leader of the free world it seems our President is well aware of the distinctions and minutiae of both investigations. Regardless of awareness certainly a horde of the best-on-the-planet informed advisors daily brief him with relevant updates we lowborn can scarcely claim knowable. If faith were not warrantable in anything else these days, I wholly believe it so in our President's awareness despite his chosen manner of expressing the matters publicly. In such an important position would excessively overt candor or lack of some pretense not be more beneficial to his enemies?

    Nope. It was just Trump.

Of course mission creep is underway, soon it will indict Trump for a late car registration in 1986.
