Following settled, accepted Establishment Clause jurisprudence is not to ‘attack’ Judeo-Christian ‘values.’

Respecting a woman’s right to privacy is not to ‘attack’ Judeo-Christian ‘values.’

Respecting the equal protection rights of gay and transgender Americans is not to ‘attack’ Judeo-Christian ‘values.’
