Great. We can finally do something about climate change and all those guns as soon as the next Democratic president is inaugurated. It's awfully generous of congress to give away their control to the president, but since that is what they are doing, we might as well take advantage of it.

Climate change is a hoax, and the president cannot violate the 2nd amendment, even if he does declare an emergency.
