Press conference alleging Mueller sex assaults features no evidence, no victim

Jacob Wohl, a pro-Trump conspiracy theorist, and Jack Burkman, a conservative lobbyist and radio host, stood in front of a half-full room of reporters and activists at a D.C. area Holiday Inn Thursday to detail their allegations of sexual misconduct against Robert Mueller, the special counsel probing Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Wohl and Burkman took turns speaking at the podium, detailing the allegations, complimenting each other, and defending their professional records against charges of conspiracy peddling and political bias.

Burkman is well-known for peddling baseless conspiracy theories surrounding the murder of Democratic aide Seth Rich and promoting bombshell information that never materializes.

Someone from the back shouted, "Are you both prepared for federal prison?"

I don't even know what to say.

Even slander.

The funny thing is that some woman was offered 20,000 to say that Mueller sexually harassed her, and then she went to the papers to tell them that someone was trying to get her to slander Mueller.

Robert Mueller asks FBI to review alleged sexual harassment hoax, his spokesman says

The hoax surfaced more than a week ago when a number of journalists were contacted via email by a person who reported receiving a telephone call from an individual making the offer.

“When we learned last week of allegations that women were offered money to make false claims about the special counsel, we immediately referred the matter to the FBI for investigation," Mueller spokesman Peter Carr said.

Mueller, who leads the inquiry into Russia's interference in the 2016 election, has been the target of a barrage of criticism from President Donald Trump and some of his Republican allies in Congress who have accused the special counsel of unfairly targeting the president.

Yep, you're right..................they can't do anything right.

You two state enemies need to be in prison as well. Meuller too. It's startling what scares these losers.

There have already been news stories about how a woman who was offered money to make allegations (false ones) against Mueller, and instead of taking the money, she contacted journalists.

Just stories, that's all. Liberals are notorious liars, don't you know that?

Unfortunately, there is an email that the woman has already made public. Apparently, someplace called "Surefire Intelligence" contacted her and offered her money.

How a catastrophically inept plot to bring down Robert Mueller rapidly fell apart

The apparent plot to bring down Robert Mueller by bribing women to make false sexual misconduct claims against him appears to have fallen apart, after emails revealed startling details about the conspiracy.

On Tuesday, Jennifer Taub, an associate professor at Vermont Law School, made public an email she received earlier this month in which the sender asked to speak to her regarding “past encounters” with Mr Mueller, who is investigating possible election collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

“I would like to discuss those encounters with you,” the email read. “I believe a basic telephone call, for which I would compensate you at whatever rate you see fit (inside reason), would be a good place to start. My organization is conducting an examination of Robert Mueller’s past.”

The letter, which Ms Taub forwarded on to the special counsel, came from someone claiming to be an employee at a purported private intelligence firm called Surefire Intelligence.

Ms Taub told MSNBC she had “no idea” why the “creepy” email was sent to her, but that she did not know and had never met Mr Mueller.

Her disclosure of the message came after Mr Mueller’s office announced – in a rare public statement – that it had asked the FBI to probe allegations that another woman was offered $20,000 to make false accusations against the investigator.

Mr Mueller’s team were made aware of the allegations by several journalists, who received emails by someone calling herself Lorraine Parsons. She claimed she used to work with Mr Mueller at law firm Pillsbury, Madison and Sutro in the 1970s.

Ford got over $1,000,000 in her GoFundMe.

I'm sorry, you were saying?

Actually, the total is around 840,000 dollars and it was done to help her with the expenses she was going to incur while testifying in DC, and it was started AFTER she was called to testify.

The other money was being offered as a bribe for a woman to come through with false allegations against Mueller.

One is illegal, the other isn't. See the difference?

No. Ford was a victim telling her story under oath in front of Congress. These two guys were just scammers in a Holiday Inn.

Time for him to resign and go into seclusion.

An accusation has been made and that, by accepted leftist standards, equates to guilt. LISTEN TO THE WOMAN.....or have already forgotten about the mandate that you does dat?

You’re right. Ford lied under oath to congress, these guys just lied to a bunch of journalists. You really have a keen eye for the details.
