President 'The Donald'?

He's not exactly throwing his hat in the ring yet, but real estate mogul Donald Trump told Fox News on Tuesday that he's giving his first serious consideration to running for president in 2012.

I think my whole life has sort of been about finesse when you get right down to it. I mean it's -- what running a country is, is to a certain extent we have to bring principle back and we have to also bring common sense back," Trump said. "We have no common sense. We have no common sense. And we're losing this country. Mark my words, if we keep going this way, we're losing this country. It will no longer be great. It's not respected to anywhere near what it used to be.

He was on Morning Joe via phone. He said he often has dinner with business men from other countries. He said he doesn't drink, but they do and once they get a little "loose" they start "talking".

He said the Chinese describe American leaders as "stupid" and "fools" who are easliy tricked. Referring to the jobs that were moved there from 2001 to 2008 and all the Chinese trained here.

He said the "owners" of Kuwait didn't give a dime to the US after we put the fires out and rebuilt their wells after the Iraqi invasion.

He said that outside of New York, paved roads are being dug up and replaced with "gravel".

He said we send aid to China's poor while they build high speed trains.

He said Jimmy Carter gave away the Panama Canel for a dollar and they have made so much money, they are building a second one.

He said the workers in China are being paid pennies and we can't compete with that.

The entire time, Joe and Mika and Pat were laughing at him, winking at each other and acting as if the were the silly one.

Hahahahahahahahaha, another reality TV Show person trying to run for President!

Might as well, because the idiots that watch those shows have to be dumber than a doorknob anyway, might as well have a candidate as stupid as they are!

He would probably do a better job than the bozo thats in there now. LOL

The man knows money, so I say he's better than what we have.

Is that why his casinos have declared bankruptcy three times in the last decade?

So you focus on one thing that has not done well, and ignore the overwhelming fact that he has been extremely successful in business.

How does that make sense.

I think Trump has the Business skills we need, but is sorely lacking in the diplomatic skills needed.

I hope he decides not to run.

And he would have my vote!!! We need people with business and common sense in government. We need smart people with values and principles. We need strong people not wimps. No one to bow and apologize to world leaders for America. NO!

actually, he's failed in business more than he's succeeded and ALWAYS with other people's money. his father gave him an awfully large start.

and his business concerns have repeatedly filed bankruptcy. his acumen is in self-promotion.

and you'd hate him... he's a liberal.

No he's not.

"I'm a Republican so if I did anything, I'd do it, I guess, as a Republican," Trump said.

He sure does not talk like a liberal. He trashed the SHIT out of Obama and the Dem congress just the other day on TV.

Like I said, I hope he does not run. I don't want him.

What you say about his Business record may be true on face value, but the fact is he has somehow managed to increase his net worth massively.

Yes, and many successful business people have had setbacks. Trumps father gave him a wonderful opportunity to attend a great business school. Wharton School of Business. The more opportunities a person reaches for in life, the greater their chances of setbacks. It's working the numbers. He is very successful. His father instilled strong work ethics in him and helped him get started. But Donald had to man up with the smart work to rise on his own.

i didn't hear his interview, but i do know what his politics are.

it's not difficult to increase your net worth when daddy leaves you millions and you incorporate all your businesses to shield your personal assets and lose everyone else's money when they go belly up.

He was a fan of Hillary, though.
