The political opponents of President Trump’s immigration/travel ban are calling it a “Muslim ban”. They argue that to ban Muslims is unconstitutional, due to the 1st amendment’s prohibition of the free exercise of religion.
This argument doesn’t fly for a number of reasons >>>
1. Islam is not a religion. Most people around the world do not recognize Islam to be a religion, and neither do some entire countries (ex. Italy).
2. Islam is unconstitutional and already banned entirely (not just immigration & travel), by the Constitution’s Supremacy Clause (Article 6, Section 2, Part 1), which bans all supremacisms other than the Constitution itself.
The Trump obstructionists are doing the American people a bad deed. Islam is an ideological cult (masquerading as a religion) which is immensely dangerous, and has already gotten thousands of Americans killed, right here on US soil.
It is also an evil, immoral cancer, that seeks to spread itself inside America, as revealed by numerous Muslim radicals and the Explanatory Memorandum of the Muslim Brotherhood. This basic declaration of subversive war on America was written May 22, 1991, and since then the Brotherhooders have never disavowed it. It proclaims its intent to destroy North America from within. And replace it with Islam.
In addition to Islam’s calls for mass genocide against non-Muslims, and its illegal supremacism, its basic doctrine, the Koran, also is filled with immoral and illegal (under US law) advocacies (if not commands), including wife beating (Koran 4:34), pedophilia (65:4), slavery (33:50, 4:24, 23:5-6), sex discriminations against women (2:223, 2:228, , 2:282, 4:3, 4:11, 4:24, 5:6, , 24:31, 33:50, 53:27), animal cruelty (Eid al Adha), et al.
In America, as in all the West, Islam simply doesn’t fit, and one wonders how anyone, ANYWHERE, could accept this degrading lunacy ? Muslim ban ? So what ? Of course, Muslim ban. Anything else would be nuts.
