Trump Must Go After Hillary

A lot of people are saying that he should not start off his presidency with going after The Queen of Sleaze and her cronies. I agree with the author of this piece that it would be a huge mistake to do so.

The lesson the left will draw from that is this: the left can persecute Scooter Libby, rig the prosecution of Ted Stevens, bedevil Tom Delay and Rick Perry, convict David Petraeus, and count on conservatives genially forgiving all the left's misdoings when they gain power.

This then goes on to lay out reasons why President Trump has no choice but to charge the FBI and his Attorney General with going after the morass that is The Clinton Foundation and the Clintons themselves.

First to honor those who risk their lives to acquire classified information.

Second to show that DOJ cannot be allowed to twist justice for political means.

Third, if Trump cannot be tough with these folks, then his own credibility will inevitably begin to corrode among those very Americans who trusted him to "drain the swamp."

If it's not Alzheimer's that's screwing up Our Kenyan President's mind then he won't be pardoning Mrs. Rodham-Clinton/Lewinsky.
