That's the fun of being the boss. You get to make the rules. If folks don't like the rules, adios! Oh, and be sure to pay close attention to your next employer's employee handbook's rules and regulations and whatnot. Be good IMO if you know what you're signing on to when you sign up for your employment.

I didn't read all of Betsy's opinion piece. Did she ever back up the "Don't Hire Relatives" in its headline? If not, it's bullshit according to what I did read.
