In terms of Appellate Court judges, he has had 43 confirmed in 2 and a half years. Obama had 55 in 8 years.

This is the primary reason I voted for him.....to keep hilary from making those appointments....tax rates rise and fall, and foreign policy changes...but judges can make rulings for 30 years or more..............and even though democrats ignore judicial rulings....look at the 4th, 9th circuit courts ignoring the Supreme Court rulings on the 2nd Amendment.........real judges can slow that down...
