obama appointed anti gun judges to all levels of the federal bench..in particular to the 4th Circuit court of appeals who have defied standing Supreme Court decisions and declared military style weapons unprotected by the Second Amendment....which is what obama planned......he needed democrats in office for obamacare, and didn't want to lose any to actual votes on gun control...which is a big loser in elections......so he packed the federal bench and the Supreme Court....
