Trump claims to have coined the word "fake"

All you have to do is look at the ratings of the outlets that have been identified by Trump to be "fake"........CNN, MSNBC et. al.........

Virtually nobody watches these outlets.........and we know why. Anybody with half a brain who tunes in outlets like that know after watching for 3 minutes what they are dealing with.:gay:

Only hard core hyper-partisans tune in.........and these outlets are content just to pull this audience and keep their heads barely above water.

As you know, Gore didn't say that, but fake news keeps repeating it.

Bullshit. He tried taking credit for something he had nothing to do with. You can deny reality like all you bed wetting drones do all you like.

God, buy you remain such a lying little dumb fuck.

Al Gore and the Internet

IN the 2000 election, Al Gore, then the vice president, was derided by opponents who claimed that he had said he “created” the Internet. But many of the scientists, engineers and technology executives who gathered here to celebrate the Web’s birth say he played a crucial role in its development, and they expressed bitterness that his vision had been so discredited.

Mr. Gore had been instrumental in introducing legislation, beginning in 1988, to finance what he originally called a “national data highway.”

“Our corporations are not taking advantage of high-performance computing to enhance their productivity,” Mr. Gore, then a senator, said in an interview at the time. “With greater access to supercomputers, virtually every business in America could achieve tremendous gains.”

Ultimately, in 1991, his bill to create a National Research and Education Network did pass. Funded by the National Science Foundation, it was instrumental in upgrading the speed of the academic and scientific network backbone leading up to the commercialized Internet.

“He is a hero in this field,” said Lawrence H. Landweber, a computer scientist at the University of Wisconsin who in 1980 made the pioneering decision to use the basic TCP/IP Internet protocol for CSNET, an academic network that preceded NSFnet and laid the foundation for “internetworking.”

I work in the industry of computer communications. It's an industry-wide joke that Al Gore helped "create the internet". You're just another statist that has to give credit to the state as opposed to the people that came up with a good idea.

Maybe now you can tell them the truth.

Lots of people do, Maddow is highest rated.

Trump did not invent the word "fake"

But he personifies it

As you know, Gore didn't say that, but fake news keeps repeating it.

Al Gore and the Internet

By Robert Kahn and Vinton Cerf

Al Gore was the first political leader to recognize the importance of the
Internet and to promote and support its development.

..

It is awesome. You bedwetting fake news victims can't let go of your precious fake news, be they old or new.

WTF are you babbling about?

Actually, never mind....

No one cares.

He didn't say he "invented" it. He said he came up with the phrase
LIAR!
"Fake" is one word, NOT a phrase.
However I came up with the phrase "Flake News" for Right-wing-nut conspiracy media.

He was obviously referring to the phrase "Fake news". The edit of this video only shows a few seconds of the interview. They were talking about Fake News.
Do you mean like the Right edited Gore's internet quote?
Why was it OK for the Right to edit quotes but not for anyone else?

He tried taking credit for something he had nothing to do with.
And only DoTard Trump can do that! It is right there in the "original intent" of the Constitution, and only the Right can say what the original intent is, which is also the original intent of the Constitution.
