Despite past denials, Trump now says he sent Rudy to Ukraine
Now during this whole Ukrainian shake-down scheme -- back when Trump still had concerns about key witnesses being called to testify -- for a short period of time, one of those key witnesses he began throwing under the bus...when that key witness appeared on FOX, rambling and making himself look stupid, Trump would distance himself from him...when that key witness had 2 of his clients arrested on federal felony charges, Trump would distance himself...One of the main ways Trump did this was by saying he had nothing to do with sending Rudy Giuliani over to the Ukraine to dig up dirt on a political opponent..over and over again Trump made this claim....well now that the GOP signed his get out of jail free card....

Now that the pressure is off with the whole impeachment thing, he doesn't have to lie or pretend that he didn't direct Rudy to go over to Ukraine and dig up debunked conspiracies against a political opponent..
But I do have one question for the Trumpers….why did Trump even lie about this in the first place?? We all know you guys wouldn't have cared either way -- so who was Trump lying to and why?
