Staying within the context of these words, it is talking about American citizens and their accepted friends only, and not illegal crossing Invaders sent from other countries to exploit the USA for it's lax policies and confusion put out by the left. Asylum seekers if accepted at proper points of entry could be protected (friends), but only after acceptance is granted through proper channels. The process of deportation should be done in an humanitarian way of course, and I feel it will always be done in that way.
