Has Trump’s White House ‘resurrected’ Army of God anti-abortion extremists?

Lara Whyte 5 February 2018

The organisation’s de facto religious leader, Reverend Donald Spitz, spoke to 50.50 in a rare interview from his home in Virginia late last year. “People are standing up more for the rights of the family,” he told us, claiming that with President Donald Trump in the White House, the AOG has been re-energised and has attracted more supporters, whilst allowing long-time allies to also be more open about their views.

“This group is growing and the election of Donald Trump has helped because before we were being crushed so much that nobody wanted to say anything, but now it’s OK to say these things,” he said, in comments that chime with the hate speech versus free speech debate that far-right activists are trying to push onto political agendas around the world. The ‘right to offend’ is being used to justify hate speech and harassment in many places.

Continue to Plague America until Abortion Is Made Illegal

Rusty Lee Thomas. [Source: The Gathering (.com)]The anti-abortion organization Operation Save America, formerly known as Operation Rescue (OR—see 1986), holds a press conference near the site of the 9/11 attacks to claim that terrorism directed against the US will continue, with the blessing of God, until abortion is made illegal. The organization also calls the Obama administration a “tyrannical government.” According to a pre-conference statement released by OSA assistant director Rusty Lee Thomas: “We are going to New York City at this hallowed time not to politicize September 11th, but to present a prophetic message, that if heeded, may prevent future attacks and restore God’s hand of blessing upon our beleaguered nation. Our sins of child-killing (abortion) and homosexuality have reached heaven. They are the roots of America’s troubles; a tyrannical government and the threat of Islam are the horrific fruits that are being produced under our watch. There is a direct connection between our spiritual and moral state and the litany of woe afflicting our nation. If America desires to secure a future and a hope for our children and grandchildren, we must end the American holocaust; quit parading our sin like Sodom, and return to the God of the Bible and His principles that served our nation so well in times past.… Since 1973 America has murdered FIFTY MILLION precious little children by abortion. The Bible warns that bloodshed follows bloodshed. We have sown domestic terrorism in the womb and we are reaping Islamic terrorism without. America is being turned over to her enemies. Our only hope is to REPENT of murdering our children and return to God through the merits of Jesus Christ the Savior of the world. If we repent and end abortion, God will deliver us from the evil of Islamic terrorism. But if we refuse, our enemies will continue to afflict our nation. We will continue to reap what we have sown.” [Right Wing Watch, 9/9/2010; Women's Rights, 9/10/2010]

Your side brought us wholesale baby killing. Our side is going to end it. Elections have consequences.

Baby killing, you refuse to feed them once they are here. Your side starves them when they come out of the uterus. Killers and freaks.

You freaks are not going to be running the show for long.

"women should be punished"

Not all women, obviously ... but I can think of one.

This from Nancy Pelosi...

"When the President of the United States says about undocumented immigrants, 'these aren't people, these are animals,' you have to wonder, does he not believe in the spark of divinity, the dignity and worth of every person?" Pelosi said.

"Every day you think that you've seen it all, along comes another manifestation of why their policies are so inhumane," she said. "Calling people animals is not a good thing."

Yet she thinks a woman has the right to kill her unborn baby, for any reason at all. She thinks she is a humanitarian. LMFAO!

To top that off, she misquoted the president.

Well when you murder an innocent baby, you should be punished.

Conservatives are more likely to give to charities that help these children. Unlike liberals that want other people's money to do it, and make people reliant on government for a vote.

No a baby. Lean your anatomy.
With technology and science, soon it will be proven that a fetus is a baby that has thought and can feel pain. Then you baby killers will go down in the history books the same as hitler.

This nonsense shows how far these crazy zealots are willing to go simply to entrap women. There is no "innocent baby" until quite far along in a pregnancy.

The idea of punishing people for ending a pregnancy is simply ridiculous and rooted in a deep-seated misogyny. I don't think that we will ever know why some men hate women so much, but it's disgusting.

Liberal women should never be punished for abortion. It should be encouraged.

It is still wrong to misquote the president however.

This is what liberals are doing, not to protect abortion but to advance abortion rights into post birth abortion. They had a scare. Dr. Douglas Kalpen was arrested for murdering babies born alive. He has since been found innocent largely because the left was not going to take a chance on his ending up like leftist hero, Kermit Gosnell.

Sadly children are being killed, but it can and perhaps should be accepted because these children are the children of liberal and minority women.
Think if it as preventative war.

And, at the end of the day, these clowns are nothing more than self serving hood rats, who could give two ..... about abortion.

I have single-handedly come up with an equal application of the abortion law.

Because it is not a life, and there is no harm to the mother, have the father demand whether the non-human clump of cells be born or not.

The mother can still birth the child (or not), but she will be solely responsible for it's care.

Yeah let’s not bother mentioning the fact that Chris Matthews asked Trump, “If abortion was ILLEGAL, should women be punished for it?” To which he said yes bc that would mean women were breaking the law and breaking the law has consequences.

Trump should have never answered that question. It was a trap and it worked AGAIN bc his haters evidently still believe he said women should be punished for having abortions, even though that’s not what he said bc that’s not specifically what Matthews asked him. He asked “If abortion were illegal, should women be punished?” not “Should women be punished for having abortions?”

Who cares about facts though, right?
