First, take Hamas off the terrorist watch list, then arm them to the teeth! Give them the same weapons capability as Israel. Since it is Israel, who is the one always violating the ceasefire's, if Hamas was able to respond with the same firepower as the IDF, Israel would be less likely to attack, knowing their forces would be subject to surface-to-air missles (SAMS), air strikes and tank invasions. As it stands now, the military capabilities of both sides is so lopsided, that this can't possibly be called a war. It's more like duck hunting.
The last major military invasion of Gaza, 1400 Palestinian's lost their lives, over half of them non-combatants. Israel, on the other hand, lost 3 non-combatants and 10 IDF soldiers, 4 of whom, died from friendly fire.

Although both sides are guilty of tit-for-tat shelling, it is always Israel that violates the ceasefires. So make it a fair fight. Bully's don't bully other bully's.Israeli deaths in the war totaled three noncombatants and ten soldiers, four of whom were killed by friendly fire.
