That's an interesting development, seeing as how that's the route North Korean government and military leaders would escape through.

Perhaps China wants to wash its hands of the NORKS

Considering the fact America is punishing anyone who does business with N Korea, and there is a MASSIVE amount of risk to China. If their citizens suffer as North Koreans have, it might be their heads on a stick.
