What is good for Cuban refugees, who vote Republican, is not good for refugees who might not vote Republican.

But Haitians vote democratic and get political refugee status too

I think the reasoning was that ALL available 'haitians' sitting on there azzez in the USA should get back to 'haiti' and start rebuilding and becoming productive once more or for the First Time in their lives ED .
