For People Unclear On The Concept, war is a deliberate intent to get people killed, as many of the participants as is possible. In the more modern, civilized centuries: The Killing of As many non-combatants as is possible, has been included in the concept.

Now the U. S. Troops in the field are noticing how this works. Actually, it doesn't seem to work very well for them at all: Like Military Supporters all clearly intend.

Marines push deeper into Taliban stronghold - Afghanistan- msnbc.com

Any pretense that the Debacle of Afghanistan, on behalf of the Karzai Brothers, is somehow U. S. defense is dispelled, now just noting the comments of the troops in the field. Even in a race riot, police can shoot to kill. Not so in Afghanistan.

"Marines said their ability to fight back has been tightly constrained by strict new rules of engagement that make their job more difficult and dangerous. Under the rules, troops cannot fire at people unless they commit a hostile act or show hostile intent."

'I understand the reason behind it, but it's so hard to fight a war like this,' said Lance Corp. Travis Anderson, 20, from Altoona, Iowa. "They're using our rules of engagement against us," he said, stating that his platoon had repeatedly seen men dropping their guns into ditches before walking away to melt among civilians."

    Hello RetiredGySgt:

In common with killers of Americans--like Bush of Bush-Cheney, and Hunting-Gun-Blaster, Cheney himself--you do have read the complete intelligence reports.

Actually, Kabul is nowhere near Peoria, and the Karzai Brothers are even also said to be in Afghanistan illegally!

"Marines said their ability to fight back has been tightly constrained by strict new rules of engagement that make their job more difficult and dangerous. Under the rules, troops cannot fire at people unless they commit a hostile act or show hostile intent."

Kabul Isn't even very near to Altoona!

People intending killing of Americans, putting them in war places, or choosing to go: Never read the NIE's, understand what they saw if they tried, listen to the UN presentations showing phantom rockets, flying in circles(?)! Not even a GOP Secretary of State: Can understand just what the hell he saw, and even with no negro dialect! And off they get sent to be killed, and to help kill all the other participants!

And the GOP versions continue even now, as "Do You Miss Me Yet?" kind of wishful thinking.

The CNN, GPS fellow, even flagged both former Secretary Paulson, and also the Notorius, Alan Greenspan: For failing to support letting the Bush Tax Cuts lapse, while lamenting the federal deficit!

Even doing that, anyone listening would not be able to infer a hint of any now famous dialect at all--Kind of like accepting a Nobel Peace Prize, doing Warmongering.

After all: Here we are in an Obama Administration, as rational as it can be!

Still, neither words on paper, on a message board, or even on a treaty(?): Are Weapons of Mass Destruction!

Master-Blaster, Former Vice-President Cheney: Did go before the Veterans of Foreign Wars claiming a personal ability to read the recovered Iraqi Secret Documents--Which were found in a henhouse, buried under stuff he something about(?)!

That appears to have created for him, special expertise.

Paulson Greenspan, and Obama have in common, however: A graduate level, upper crust and Ivy League, education!

(Very little course work in geography, however, appear to be in any of the credentials! There are some people who live on a "Don't Need To Know" kind of basis!)
