I use both and still got it...Caught on a routine Malware Bytes scan.

I also use a Mac, and do a weekly malware scan.

I use Chrome. Works great for just about everything and I'm malware free.

I found out some interesting stuff from the winners of the last national hacking competition.

They said that Windows Vista/7 with Chrome was the safest combination to block hackers.

And that MAC with Safari was one of the LEAST safe.

Apparently MAC only gets less viruses purely due to it's general lack of market share. Go figure.

How do you know it is one of google's ads?

My virus protection identified the source.
