I’ve seen hundreds of pictures and videos from around the world, including many from here in the USA, before and after of people taking part in this challenge. It would be nice if it happened in some of the worst places.

Here just one of them
: Demy on Twitter

t's not often that a viral hashtag on social media goes, well, beyond social media.

But an online challenge encouraging users to clean up places has seen tens of thousands of people doing just that.

Perhaps you could share your own.

My 4x4 group used to go down to Matagorda island every year with trucks and trailers.
It's an impossible task with 15 miles of beach to clean up.
We always concentrated on the stuff that was difficult to remove.
We'd deploy winches and drag the heavy shit onto the trailers, haul it to the dump spot and go back for more.

with the amount of people an welfare there is no reason any trash should be laying on the ground in any big city

the welfare problem is solved with just two words

PUBLIC SANITATION!!!

I don't need a hashtag. It's how I spend my free time, hiking in and hauling trashout. Not small amounts. I'm usually loaded down like this guy when I'm coming back.
