Translating my book into another language

My book is in Spanish. I've met a few people who suggested that I translate my book into another language. I am also in contact with people in US who want to publish my work here. Some were very open to reading the book and marketing the book in English. Does anyone know how to go about this?

Is your book already published in Spanish?

If so, does that publisher have the exclusive right to publish?

Or, have you retained the right to publish the book in languages other than Spanish?

FWIW, I know a lot of translators.
