I wish I could fly.

All relatively harmless fantasies.

I wish I were a girl. Also, a fantasy, and the idea that forcing other people to patronize that fantasy will make it "real" is just like patronizing other delusions. The BEST you can say is that it's relatively harmful.

Tricking boys and expecting them not to vomit when they find out you have a dick? Not terribly realistic.
