Train fares increase for a shit service

So today our rail fares go up again.

And here we see the Leader of HM Opposition sitting on the floor of the train for a trip to Newcastle. We have all done it.

My regular trip to Birmingham is one I have been making for 18 years. For every one of those there have only been 2 carriages and people cant get a seat. Its fucking shit.

Privatisation has failed everybody apart from the bankers and tory parasites.

So we should feel bad for those who choose to stand up and not wait for the next train?

as for Birmingham..... isnt that almost like Luton these days? Muzzied up. ' Its been a few years since i was over that way.

You have no choice if you have to get to work by a certain time.

The railway privatisation is a legacy of thatcherism and has poured millions into the pockets of foreign rail companies at the expense of the taxpayer.
The service is shite and the traveller has no choice. Sort of soviet in its actuality.

You do have a choice.... Leave earlier. Or get their early enough to get a seat

Government railways doesn't guarantee a seat if the gov decides to over sell as well.

There is no choice.If people had a choice they would do anything rather than travel by train. All the seats are taken before the route is half complete. On the return journey the opposite is true and you cant get a seat until you are nearly home. There are no price reductions for the shite service.They could put another carriage on but that would cut in to their profits. The UK has the most expensive rail tickets in Europe as profits from a captive uk market are used to subsidise European rail companies.

And that is a result of your breed of socialism, you want the affluence of higher wages then complain when it costs you your comfort. I watch the trains go by every day and they are at best half full, but the roads are clogged with cars carrying just the driver all trying to get to work. All over extending to live in the "must have" area's that change hands every 2 to 3 years because the houses are rubbish. All wanting to drive BMW's or MERC's as the ultimate status symbol, But having second hand furniture because they cant afford new. There is your problem all the champagne socialists who want equal pay as long as their pay is more equal than yours
