Traffic police wish to do challans but helpless or careless to control the traffic flow
I want to drawn the attention of head of traffic police Karachi what reason city traffic police have special power or authority to do as much as challan no matters if they use they people mis used their power than no question asked but the same traffic police look always HELPLESS or CARELESS to control the traffic flow.
The head of traffic police why not took immediate notice why our traffic police not capable to control the traffic flow what secret behind it. But very well perform doing challans which is own beneifts or departments who will justify.
It means one traffic police doing unnecessary challans and cross his own power but their head of department do not question what reason he making too many challans but sorry he can’t control the traffic flow, the reasons behind traffic jammed or violate are as followings
1. Traffic police not sincere perform their duty to control the traffic flow
2. Majority of people does not obey the traffic rules and will proud to break the rules and remain waiting in traffic jammed than no problems
3. People learn to break the red signal as insult to wait for traffic signals
4. Double or wrong parking block the roads
5. Careless and reckless driving by RICKCHAW – MINI BUS and others WHY not strict action taken against those without any difference.
6. Underage riding bike or car has no issue in city of Karachi
7. Traffic signal often remain dormant or not working
8. Traffic police first priority to do more challans and skip from traffic duty
9. Mini Bus and Bus making stop on the middle of road without proper stop only to pick passenger
10. Un experience driving car or bike, never admit own mistake and brawl when someone asking him how he is driving car or bike
11. Using of mobile when riding bike or car ( lost attention towards on driving )
12. Make or introduce a new rules for all traffic police that his performance base not on numbers of challahs but how he control the traffic flow otherwise warm him for not performing duty honestly.
13. Riding bike on foot path WHEN often traffic jammed
14. Showing extra hurry when traffic jammed which proof how we Pakistani are mad or un educated.
If these Pakistani visit any foreign countries like UK UAE SAUDI ARAB USA or Europe than do not dare to drive car or bike, never think to violate the traffic rules where all violators are punishable? No Pakistani dare to break the traffic rules of Red Lights, no left turn, one one enter in single entry or one way.
One thing I want to share traffic police knew all rules how to do challans but forgotten all rules how to control the traffic flow but expecting to get salary every month, look in Karachi which International or Local traffic rules flow and apply?
