WOW! and some are worried about the new health care plan costing us which is pennies compared to this, yet we hand our own tax dollars over to these negligent rear ends???

Wow... That's really fucked up, but not very surprising. It really shows you the order of priorities. The bailouts, which benefited the rich and, the mega-rich, and the ultra-rich: $4 trillion. The stimulus, which could've benefited ordinary people: $0.7 trillion.

This is why we are not experiencing inflation despite massive growth in M0. Debt write offs have been destroying money faster than it can be created.
