Top GOP Pollster To Party: Reverse Course On Gay Rights

Advice from the left? The people of the United states said in every single referendum that they did not want to sanction same sex marriage. Seems like Barry's evolution needs another turn.

a. Protecting gays and lesbians against being fired for reasons of sexual orientation
who doesn't sppt that? its already in code is it not?
b. Protections against bullying and harassment
depends , you mean the crime thing? isn't their a law already?
c. Repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell.
its been done...next
d. Right to visit partners in hospitals
all for it..( so it romeny:rolleyes:) .next..
e. Protecting partners against loss of home in case of severe medical emergencies or death
if they are in a civil union/domestic partnership , all for it...
f. Legal protection in some form for gay couples whether it be same sex marriage or domestic partnership (only 29% of Republicans oppose legal recognition in any form).
domestic partnership , all for it...

so whats the beef?

And yet how many states have been able to pass a gay marriage act on the ballot?

Hmmm...

Makes one wonder exactly how popular it really is!

How many states even would have had it on the ballot 20 years ago. And those who have voted more than once...which direction is the percentage trending?

Makes one wonder what is in the future. Hmmmm...

Not really. Gay marriage is going to happen and that is pretty well established. What is going to happen has nothing to do with the OP in the present though. Don't spin the BS. Turning to support gay marriage at this juncture is not a wise political move weather of not you believe it is correct.

It's inevitable. That's what you want us to think so that we let our guard down. Sorry Charlie. Not only is it not going to happen; but we're going to fight it tooth and nail.

I doubt that you even know what I think about gay marriage but the fact that you don't see the writing on the wall is just an example of how your emotions on the issue are clouding your judgment. It will happen, it is just a matter of time. The gay rights advocates won the battle awhile ago.
