Will the Fed now declare it's own laws invalid, sense they've those very same laws 'go too far'?

Will anyone call out the judge for being a liar?
"Requiring Arizona law enforcement officials and agencies to determine the immigration status of every person who is arrested burdens lawfully-present aliens because their liberty will be restricted while their status is checked," Bolton said in her decision.

There might be a point there, if that were what the law did. However, it's not what the law said. What is says is

where reasonable
2 suspicion exists that the person is an alien AND is unlawfully present in
3 the United States, a reasonable attempt shall be made, when practicable, to
4 determine the immigration status of the person, except if the determination
5 may hinder or obstruct an investigation.

As for the whole documentation thing?
264 FORMS AND PROCEDURE

SEC. 264. [8 U.S.C. 1304]

IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT TITLE II

So... is this judge going to overturn federal law now that someone wants to actually see our sovereignty enforced?
