That's hilarious coming from someone who thinks making up lies all day long on a message board is somehow being productive.
I wish it was warm enough here to grow my own in the quantity i would need to can them. That was $175 worth of heirloom tomatoes.
Canning is pretty easy...just follow the directions. Stuff like jam is really easy since you only need a bit pot of water. Tomatoes require a pressure canner.
I had a dehydrator..and never used it. lol. I also oven dried roma tomatoes and froze them.
