    Thats a great song. I have an mp3 taken from a 45 recording of that song which has all the scratches and pops associated with records and it just adds an extra layer of cool to it. If you get the chance check out his Nighthawks at the Diner cd and look for Alan Ginsberg's poem America spoken on top of Waits's song Closing Time. Good stuff.

    To be honest, I haven't like anything Tom has done in a long while. He's gone from latent beatnik poet to sounding like the monster under a childs bed.
