Poor Tom, years have past and everyday spent worrying about when he will head off to prison. Its too late for a Bush pardon and chances a new republican president could ever save him is nill. LOL!!! And cons sucked up his story and told Libs he was innocent as pure white snow. Well, guess there isn't going to be anymore snow for Delay...........LMAO!

AUSTIN — Jurors heard an audiotape Wednesday in which former U.S. Rep. Tom DeLay clearly says he knew beforehand of a money exchange between his Texas leadership committee and the Republican National Committee in 2002.

The prior knowledge is a key issue for prosecutors as they try to prove DeLay participated in an alleged money laundering scheme to swap $190,000 in corporate money for a like amount of individual donations raised by the RNC. Under Texas law, corporate contributions may not be used for candidate campaigns.

I hate to admit it, but I hope this little prick goes to jail.

DeLay has always been affiliated with his own image and advancement. The Tea Party movement leaders, if they are smart, will have nothing to do with this man. He, more than any other Republican, is the one responsible for turning the GOP away from the Contract of America and responsible for turning it to corruption.
