Well - we had nothing. Renters, leased truck - that was it. However, I did manage to bring a few of his favorite things with me, just to be spiteful.

And a couple of months ago, I had a Bible sent to my name at our address.

They go to church, he told me way the hell back in the day. O. Rly? Does the pastor think you two kids are married?

When I started this job, I wrote to ask him to take me off his insurance. He said he did. In January. Didn't tell me. I wrote back and said oh good. So; when are you filing. He said he doesn't know, but if I'm "In that big a hurry", I can file myself. Three years is a big hurry? Really?

He's an odd duck.

No, and since he just relocated to Ohio, it's unlikely that I ever will.

That's okay though. A house fire would have yielded the same results.

You got a point there, however alot of people think they would like an arrangement like this but get cold feet when they actually get confronted with it.

Well I learned that the hard way.
My first husband cheatd and was a wife beater, so I divorced him and made him pay for the divorce costs. We really should have never been together. But you learn by your mistakes and my 2nd husband and I are the ones for each other. Been married for 27 years and we have never, nor will we ever, cheat on each other or abuse each other.
