Where in what you posted is anything related to a progressive agenda? Where have the Republicans ever decreased government employment? In the last 30 years the largest increases have occurred under Republicans Reagan and Bush, while the largest cuts in the government workforce were under "Progressive" Democrat Bill Clinton.

Our citizens go to the government for a helping hand when they should be going to the government with a helping hand.
