85 degrees w/sunny sky here in Chicago (in the middle of March), hanging out with the family. I got to see my Niece and Nephew....

Awesome....

It's like summer here.

Plant life booming and frogs croaking...

It's insane but I'll take it - especially after last winter. This one has been candy.

I used to love the weather in northern Illinois - Joliet in my own case, and in the late fifties;
the blast of wind from the nw while I worked cutting stone for stone masons;
dumping the mortar sand on top of a culvert pipe and burning fuel inside it to thaw it for mixing;
the snow piled up in the parking lots until June, sometimes July.
I saw it snow as late as May even later I think it was.

That, of course, was before the current problem of global warming

I'm from the Gurnee/Waukegan area (Great America) and it was 85 here today (in the sun potentially even hotter). We had to put sun block the little ones.

I'll take this weather any day of the week...

Minneapolis has seen the 80's for the last couple of days and 4-5 days in the 70's. It's suppose to cool down to the 60's later this week. But that's OK. I was in Cozumel for two weeks and walk into another week plus of 70-80 temps in Minnny and in March? Life is good.

I think the problem is "climate change" has become a synonym for AGW......
