Eh. On paper his record was good. You can nit-pick and find exaggerations or issues with just about any military figure. The Democrats spun him one way, the Republicans spun him the other. The truth is in between.

Unemployment: Stimulates the economy....

No one said that Unemployment stimulates the economy (though some unemployment...frictional...can be good). What Ms. Pelosi was referring to was Unemployment Insurance Benefits...which do stimulate the economy as opposed to millions of unemployed not receiving anything and therefore not spending as much.
