Do you EVEN know what the Noachide Laws are? They indeed ARE the (bare minimum) basis of civilized society: don't murder people, don't take things that don't belong to you, don't have illicit sexual relations, don't eat things that are alive, have courts of justice. How are these basic things NOT the basis of civilization? (Though you could make arguments for the various interpretations of denying or blaspheming G-d).
You are trying to argue that just because Jewish people wrote them down (they didn't even necessarily invent most of the concepts, but they wrote them down too), the concepts are somehow evil and should be turned away from.
Its like arguing with a six year old. But Mommy! Jews are bad! So everything they wrote must be bad too!
