I agree with the sentiment and pretty much have lived my life this way. There is however a danger of giving in too much. As a small business owner I have legally been accused of racism in the past for firing a non white person. As to your point, my greatest defense against such accusations was to refer the people investigating the claims to my other non white employees. Problem solved. Today there seems a reluctance to stand against such things and merely issue an apology. At this point there is overemphasis on race which helps noone.

I would disagree totally due to history.

If you conduct yourself more responsible than others, stay out of trouble with the law, accumulate wealth by saving and investing, all it does is make Democrats jealous and they want to come take what you have in order to give it to those who didn't do the things you did.

We have no more of a better example than wealth envy which seems to haunt the Democrats nonstop. Most people who earned wealth did it through hard work, investments, sacrifices, and taking risks. Some have even failed repeatedly until they found their niche.

But if you do finally find success, Democrats insist you have too much, and thus are obligated to give it to the others that never invested a dime in their life or made responsible decisions.

It's just like with neighborhoods. We have lower income neighborhoods, middle-class neighborhoods, and wealthy neighborhoods. Do the poor look on to those who built those wonderful middle-class areas and try to emulate them? No. They cry to government and HUD sends those poor people to those middle-class neighborhoods to destroy them for everybody else.

If you take 1/4 cup of sour stale milk, and mix that with 3/4 cup of fresh wholesome milk, all you end up with is a cup of bad milk. This is a calculation the government never learned.
