To flush or not to flush

Its funny how this is just becoming a problem here in the US. Jails here use a machine that basically emulsifies anything that gets flushed so that it doesn't clog the systems. Prisoners flush everything and these machines keep those items from plugging up the system. Kind of expensive for a home owner or a city to use on a large scale but worth every penny if your goal is to stop plug ups.. Most drop stations that pump out sewage from a rural area into a raised pipe use this technology so they dont have to worry about idiots flushing things they shouldn't. It keeps them from having to replace pumps every week..

I've always thought it strange that we wash our hands with soap and water but just dry wipe after a dookie drop. :confused-84:

In Europe a bidet is almost always a presumed component of any household.

Friends who visited me from Europe a while back were horrified to discover that they are not in common use here.
