To all you LIPs that hate the fact Fox News is fair and balanced....READ THIS!!!

Must embarrass you uncensored, but it is verified true ... and HILARIOUS

:rofl:

What's verified is that you are a mindless, partisan hack.

{
Over the weekend, a study that claimed Fox News viewers have low IQs went viral. But it turns out that the study was a big fake.

A press release about the study was posted on the website PRWeb, which distributes news releases online, and was then reposted by Yahoo News, and picked up by liberal sites like Daily Kos and Current.}

This is just to funny to be real. A Republican PAC put out a fake poll claiming FOX viewers were almost retarded in an effort to make the Teaballers look bad. It took the Huffington Post and Saloon to expose the silliness. Can you believe unhinged is using Saloon and Huff Post for sources?

Fake study says Fox News viewers have lower IQs - Salon.com

You dumb motherfucker.

I went to that article and here are some excerpts:
"The release said that a group called the “Intelligence Institute,” a “conservative non-profit group,” did a study finding that “Fox News viewers have an IQ that is 20 points lower than the U.S. National average.” The release claims that the study was conducted over four years, tested 5,000 people, and found that Fox News viewers have an IQ of 80, compared with the national average of 100."
So the 5000 people who took part in the study were chosen by Nichols and non-scientists, essentially selected to guarantee the results they were looking for.
We stuck to the rural South,”

What pompous ignorant people these idiots that put this FAKE study together!

Say BlindFool, without Jon Stewart telling you what you think, how WILL you know what your opinions are?

From where most bed wetters get their stupid opinions.

And fox news viewers scored lower on a current events test than folks who don't watch any news.

So the reasoning must be ... "yeah, we trust 'em to feed us crap. But we like the taste so ..."

Got a link for that?

From a credible source too, not the democrook underground.

Nevermind, I see that you've been adequately rebuked.

You're welcome.
What you know depends on what you watch People learn most from NPR Sunday Morning Shows The Daily Show least from MSNBC Fox News
However, the study concludes that media sources have a significant impact on the number of questions that people were able to answer correctly. The largest effect is that of Fox News: all else being equal, someone who watched only Fox News would be expected to answer just 1.04 domestic questions correctly — a figure which is significantly worse than if they had reported watching no media at all.

That's what demagogues do.

Without slander and libel, the democrats have nothing to say.

Ohhh, let's look:

The claim of the demagogues is;

The largest effect is that of Fox News: all else being equal, someone who watched only Fox News would be expected to answer just 1.04 domestic questions correctly — a figure which is significantly worse than if they had reported watching no media at all. On the other hand, if they listened only to NPR, they would be expected to answer 1.51 questions correctly; viewers of Sunday morning talk shows fare similarly well. And people watching only The Daily Show with Jon Stewart could answer about 1.42 questions correctly.}

So WHAT WERE THE QUESTIONS?

Q: Who is the greatest president in history?

  1. Franklin Roosevelt
  2. Barack Obama
  3. George Washington
  4. Jimmy Carter
"Correct" answer is 2. Barack Obama

Q: Man made global warming is a fact supported by physical evidence rather than computer models
  • True
  • False
"Correct" answer is true

Q: Republicans want to starve children and old people in order to give tax breaks to the rich.
  • True
  • False
"Correct" answer is true

Q: Electing a Republican will cause an economic depression and start one or more wars
  • True
  • False
"Correct" answer is true

So DailyKOS is a "Republican PAC?" :eek:

You fucking Communists are a hoot - especially when you get caught in demagoguery...

Daily Kos called it a fake from the beginning. Michael Gilitz took responsibility for the hoax less than a week after the Dec. 2012 story was sent out to news organizations and published. It continues to rattle the dumb asses who are all wrapped up in FOX.

Hey, you're a demagogue - you lie to slander the hated enemy of the party - I get it.

Poor addled Uncensored. None of that clip contradicts the fact that the people at DailyKos called it a fraud from the start.

His problem is that he's an authoritarian thug. Daily Kos isn't a centralized site like all the conservative blogs that he parrots dutifully. There is no leader or group directing what gets posted there. Anybody can make an account at Kos and post a diary there. And anybody does. So, some random person posted a diary about the study. And then the whole Kos community instantly jumped on it and pointed out it was a fake, debunking it.

Alas, to someone like Uncensored, that kind of freedom of speech is unimaginable. He has bosses who direct exactly what each website posts. He simply can't believe the other side doesn't work the same way. Hence, his hilarious failure here.

No, don't expect Uncensored to admit he goofed. Part of his charm is his inability to ever admit his mistakes, which thus transforms them from mistakes into deliberate lies.

Well, it stands to reason that Fox News is so trusted when it has been scientifically proven that Fox News viewers are less informed than people that watch no news at all.
The poor things just have no idea what's true and what isn't.

Nope. It's because they don't spend all of their time censoring the news. They report it. If they get it wrong , they correct it.

If you had polled the Soviet people n 1980, they would have ranked Pravda as very trustworthy. Party hacks tend to say things like that.

The conservatives on this thread are all so very proud to be such loyal Soviet-style party apparatchiks, dutifully mouthing their loyalty oaths to the party whenever commanded.

You are the kind of dumb ass Giltz was exposing. He posted the hoax on a weekend and exposed it as a hoax a few days later on a Wednesday. Two and a half years later, the trick still works on a dope like you.

None of those questions were in my linked survey.
Try again.

Again, KOS ran with it as true - your lies not withstanding.

Demagoguery is the heart of your filthy party, slander and libel is all you have to offer.

When did Daily KOS do as you claim? Give a link to the story and back up your claim.
