I have completely dropped out of the range of dealing with the issues,because to a degree,thats not whats important to alot of voters,not many,but look at the "sell aspect"of it.
Face it,Romneys being groomed,very well....now has secret service VOLUNTEER not requested protection.
Paul,has the constitutionalist core,and the younger generation who feel screwed by voting for obama in 08'

Take issues and substance COMPLETELY out of it.
On a superficial,glam and appeal level,this ticket would kick the crap out of obama.

Romney would be suicidal to pick Ron Paul as his running mate. There are some incredibly unstable Paulites (Not saying all of them, just enough of them). They literally believe that Ron Paul is the only person who can save this nation. You think there isn't one of them out there that wouldn't take any means necessary to make sure he is President?

Why the heck do you think Obama picked Biden? Because no one would be willing to take him out to get Biden in office. It was a much safer choice than say, Hillary.

No. Romney would pick someone like Rubio, Jindal, or Pawlenty. Someone who doesnt have a wild following and who wouldn't have more radical supporters who would use violence to ensure their candidates ascension to the Presidency.
