The board says, for me, -4 GMT but lists the times as almost 8 am. I am on the east coats which is either minus 4 or 5 GMT and it is just before 5 am.

Or do I have that wrong and it is -6 GMT here?

East coast is 5 or 4 depending on daylight savings. At least it always has been in the past.
