I don't think we need Politifact, snopes or any other source to understand what is true or not much of the time. Obama claimed he'd cut the deficit in half his first term. Obama promised he would unite people. Obama claimed the stimulus would jump start the economy. Obama promise he'd end the wars and close GITMO. And on and on......
