Time to get health care right once and for all

The Aunt and Uncle just stopped in at McDonald's, and they purchased two breakfast in a quality setting, food was great, and it only cost $4.00 dollars and some change. Now how does McDonald's do this ???? It's because they have used the free market system to out do their competition, and by focusing on delivering to their customers a quality setting, quality food, and great service they have won the customer base it takes to sustain their corporation for years into the future. Now why is it that healthcare can't be the same, and the prices delivered in the same way by hospitals that should have the same focus as private industries like McDonald's has been for the country ?? Can competition, quality and a vision work the same way for the healthcare situation in this country ?
