Time to dismantel US Government

Why is dismantling the government the title of this thread when the topic is dismantling harmful aspects of Capitalism?

HUH?

What is a "harmful" aspect of "Capitalism"?

Firstly, we haven't had Capitalism since 1913. Secondly, the only harmful aspect of Capitalism which parasites dislike is having to work for a living.

.
Read as much as you can about derivative swaps and then think about the harmful aspects of Capitalism.

What does credit-default swaps have to do with capitalism?

How would your friends at the KGB have handled those type of transactions?

How would the SEC or Federal Reserve Board prevent those type of transactions?

.

Well then, on Conservative principle alone, let's get Bernie Madoff out of jail today! After all, he was just being a Capitalist!

The SEC would have prohibited those transactions, if the old Bucket Market laws weren't repealed.....on Conservative principles!

Regulations always come after abuses, not before!

Those regulations that used to protect us were about prior abuses that happened back to the Great Depression and before!

When knowledge fails, scream "COMMIE" and deflect attention!

So predictable!

Why not learn?

Credit default swaps are a symptom of the ills of Capitalism. Can you tell me that Capitalism is a flawless system of economics and, as such, neither needs nor deserves any regulation from the state?

A credit default swap (CDS) is a swap contract in which the buyer of the CDS makes a series of payments to the seller and, in exchange, receives a payoff if a credit instrument (typically a bond or loan) goes into default (fails to pay). Less commonly, the credit event that triggers the payoff can be a company undergoing restructuring, bankruptcy, or even just having its credit rating downgraded.

The problem was caused by fascism which is the socio-economic system which adopted by the US in 1913.

As the Austrian economists know, the root cause of this financial crisis is the spendthrift US government and the resulting inflation by the Federal Reserve which created this bubble. A lot of money was made available by the Federal Reserve so the wizards on Wall Street invested in high-risk investments and the investments ultimately went terribly wrong.

Why is dismantling the government the title of this thread when the topic is dismantling harmful aspects of Capitalism? Anti-trust legislation becomes dismantling the government? Regulation as opposed to deregulation is dismantling the government?

The government is supposed to serve the people. When the people are harmed by unscrupulous business, isn't it the right and responsibility of the government to act accordingly?

Are consumer protection regulations an affront to our government? Environmental, workplace safety and labor laws are all in place to protect us, the neighbors of business and the workers from acts of those businesses which cause harm and death. Is it the state's position that business can do no harm and should be ignored by regulations?

Why is "government" equated to "business"?

It goes against their Randian fantasies of a new feudalism with corporate bigwigs as the lords.

Obamacorn and millions of witless liberal idiots are dismantling the government and the American way of life a little every day. Maybe it's time for real Americans to start a revolution.

True, but Bush started it by unnecessarily invading Iraq and AfPak, the enactment of the "Patriot" Act and the militarization of civilian airports.
