Time comes to Obama's rescue?

"As he juggles the demands of a moribund recovery, multiple foreign conflicts and the reverberations of a catastrophic oil spill, President Obama still has more supporters than opponents. In a new TIME poll, 49% of respondents say they approve of the President's performance, compared to 45% who disapprove. And yet the President's popularity is at odds with the stinging appraisals of many of his signature policies, which lead 56% of voters to say the U.S. is on the wrong track.

Just 44% of poll respondents backed Obama's stewardship of the economy, which 90% rate as fair or poor. Forty-three percent of poll respondents say the $862 billion Recovery Act, which a July 14 White House analysis credits with creating or saving some 3 million jobs, has helped, while 53% think the country would be better off if the money hadn't been spent."

I think a lot of people are blind to many things. If you ask many minorities if they support Obama, of course they will. They know is liberal agenda is just what they want. Whether it be free health care, immigration amnesty, or whatever.

But when you look at the actual legislation, I be they don't say, this is OBAMA's bill and it does this. They probably just detail the policy and people can see what crap it is. And it will be the minority vote, unfortunately skewed to less education, and a culture of government entitlements, that will keep democrats elected year after year.

Obama and the Dems are in BIG trouble. Sadly, they had enormous political capital but have pissed it away on socialist policies (check the polls, this is how most Americans identify Obama), multi trillion $$ deficits for DECADES, etc. The moderates have abandoned him, and they are the ones who put him in office. He's toast. The Marxist left and minority sheeple aren't enough in numbers to save him and the Dems.
