The first one is observational. Several sources say Tillerson is annoyed with Trump at times, and specific examples are given. Since CNN spoke to several sources, this observation is most likely factual.
The second bit is entirely speculative. A couple guys who know Tillerson who said they "would not be surprised" if he quit soon. That is not something Tillerson actually said he was thinking. This is where CNN steps on its own dick with this supermarket tabloid kind of shit.
