Tig Changed His Benghazi Story To Add The Stand Down Order

Another item of evidence that convinces me John "Tig" Tiegen is lying about the stand down order in Benghazi, is that Tig didn't disclose it during previous testimony to Congress.

Tig's explanation of why he didn't disclose the stand down order in his previous testimony is that he, "didn't know why the stand down order was given."

That makes no sense because, in his next breath, Tig tells Congress the Team Leader told him why he was told to stand down and Tig says he understood the reason for the stand down.

However, in the next breath, Tiegen says the Team Leader told him why he was told to stand down. Then he says the reason for the order was "understandable."
