Tiffany is a liar. I did not see many interviews but I also did not see many tears. Why would see go back to get her husband. She would not be able to lift him on her jetski and keep him there. The people of Nuevo Guerrero know the Hartleys. She said that she tried to turn him over in the water.

hassle--transitos making up tickets; tremendous crime; a haven for drugs lords doining battle. Of course, you may need to live near your drug connection. The Hartleys were doing a drug deal on the
Mexican side of Falcon Lake. Tiffany said they were looking at the submerged church; it was built and then flooded when the Falcon Dam was built in the 40's. They know Mexico; they know the Zeta gang in the full control of Nuevo Guerrero. Everything west of Reynosa is controlled by the Zetas; the police do not go there. Taking the jetski was more convenient to buy drugs versus coming back over the dam and get inspected. You can see the church from the road that goes on the dam. Why take jetskis?
