I have to agree, some nations which weren't colonized are behind like Ethiopia, or Turkey, and some nations which weren't colonized for a long time like Mexico, Haiti etc. are also behind.

Then countries like Ireland, or Finland which were colonized more recently, or countries like Poland, Czech Rep, or Estonia which were colonized much more recently are all surpassing these nations I listed by a wide margin.

I bet you don't really know the English Language either...since you couldn't pass 2nd grade...

She is a former Secretary of State.

At minimum you need to learn 4 languages to be effective at that position.

As for myself, I know enough Spanish and German to survive in a country that speaks those languages, and I am increasingly picking up Japanese(and consequently a bit of Chinese because of the Kanji) as I struggle to hang on to my gaming hobby as a player of JRPGs when the market for such games in English speaking countries is dead and I am forced to import story driven games that basically speak and read as all Japanese.

Learning languages when you have to really isn't all that hard.

It is when you are force fed Spanish(as a common example)because of national "demographic changes" in an area that doesn't yet have many Spanish speakers that you fail to retain information. Pretty much every kid in the Southwest is bilingual already.

There is some truth to this. Take the Northside of Chicago. In Lakeview just 20 years ago were very much black and gangland areas. The schools got a 1 ranking on the statistics. Fast forward 20 years and Lakeview is nearly entirely white and just about the best place to live in the city. Strikingly though the schools receive less funding (due to more money going to the highway robbery pensions), but are now good schools with much higher rankings.

The only change is the student body. Black to white kids.


I mean South African blacks were giving a first world industrialized nation on a silver platter and it didn’t even take one generation for them to squander it back to a 3rd world shit hole

There is no doubt that countries populated with low-IQ peoples fare less well. Nature provided blacks with the tools they needed to survive in their natural habitat. They are ill-equipped to fare well in civilized societies and economies. This is a world-wide phenomena wherever blacks exist in sufficient numbers, and not endemic to any specific region supposedly due to racism.
